Digi Tuesday Sketch # 19

Hi! Thank you for visiting. Well, today, I tried the sketch from Digi Tuesday! I really like the digi images and I came across this sketch while blog hopping (at work!!! hee-hee). The digi images are cool to work with and this one that I used reminded me of my girlfriend's daughter!!! The image is soooooo sassy and cute, I just had to try her out!! I also tried copics for the first time. I went to a class and learned that I could color with them as well. I was overjoyed to hear that because the blending technique is killing me!!!! It won't defeat me though! But I wanted to use the image so I said, why not just color it? I love the way this whole card came out! And it took all of like 30 minutes. I guess, I didn't spend alot of time fussing over the colors and background, etc, etc. Anyway, thank you for visiting and I hope you like what you see. Until next time,

MOJO #98

Greetings! Thank you for viewing! Here is my Mojo Monday attempt! I am very proud of how it turned out. Everytime I see a Mojo Sketch, I always THINK I have the perfect idea, and then, BOOM!!!!! When I finally sit down to start working, so many more ideas come up. OMG! I had fun doing this. I couldn't decide if I wanted to put a sentiment in the circle or an image, until I came across this sentiment at Elizabeth's house! It reminded me of how I feel about my husband and since the colors weren't too girly, I decided I would make this one for him. He is such a wonderful guy! :) Anywho, this is how it came out. I love it soooo much.

I used Stampin Up! Olive green paper, hardware, and stamp. I hope you like it! And as always thank you for viewing. Until next week, Chow!

Here is a close up of the bracelet on my arm. Isn't it pretty?!?! Hopefully, you are able to see most of the details. I had a good time making this. I won't lie, it is very tedious, but, look at the results!!! Worth it, huh? What do you think?

Greetings!!! Thank you for viewing. Today, I am posting a bracelet that I just learned how to make. It only took me 2 days to complete it. I know it looks busy, but it really was not hard at all. These are going to make beautiful Christmas gifts this year! I can't wait to make a few more. I hope you like it.

Hello!!

Today, I made my first attempt at "Mojo Monday." I had alot of fun with this one. When I opened it up last Monday, a million ideas went through my mind. But, when I sat down today to actually try it, a whole new idea popped into my mind after I started pulling out patterned paper and this is what I came up with! Hopefully you will like it. Hello All,
Today, I am posting a birthday card I made for a co-worker's son. He turned 21....Oh boy!!! We can all remember our 21st birthday, I hope!! Anyway, this card was a bit challenging because it was for a guy. Guy cards are hard because you can't make them "cutesy" as I like to call it! No bows, rhinestones, etc, etc. So, I went for something a littel more fun. I thought 21, umm... what can I get out of 21? And this is what I came up with. Please excuse the glare, I am still learning how to take good pictures!!!! Soooooo, what do you think?
